Members
Kim is responsible for placing senior financial officers and supply chain management executives throughout the Bay Area. Prior to joining Parker & Lynch, Kim was an Account Executive at Robert Half Management Resources.
Kim also held a number of positions in corporate America before becoming an executive recruiter. She was Division Controller for Menswear at Donna Karan and MasterCard International, after beginning her career at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
Kim holds an MBA in Financial Management and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Pace University.
Michael, heading up the New York office of Leading Edge Partners, brings almost 30 years of high tech industry experience to the firm. Michael has held technical and senior sales positions with both hardware and software companies throughout his career and most recently he was the CEO of Sales Channel Development, a sales and marketing consulting company.

Chris Kondo is a Manager of Talent Acquisition at Ecolab, Inc. a $5.5B publicly traded company with more than 26,000 associates worldwide. He manages the staffing & recruitment for sales talent across 5 business divisions. He brings seasoned recruitment experience across manufacturing, hospitality and consumer product goods industries. Chris holds a BA in Management from Hartwick College and currently serves as a Board of Trustee for Outward Bound Leadership School in Golden, Colorado.
Richelle Konian oversees recruitment in Valuation/Accounting practices, Risk Management, Investment Management, Financial Software, Energy, Professional Services, Consumer Products, and Non-profit. Previously, Richelle spent several years at a Wall Street software development and management consulting firm. There she developed a recruitment/sales division for the banking and brokerage industry and launched the Financial Information Forum. For several years, she has been named a top recruiter for information technology by Waters magazine.
Richelle holds a BS in business administration from the University at Albany, and was awarded "Most Outstanding Young Alumni" in 2008 by University at Albany. She now serves on the Advisory Council to the School of Business in Career Services and is a member of the Executive Committee. She has been interviewed several times on CBS Evening News (US & Europe), profiled in Wall Street & Technology magazine, and a resource to numerous articles related to recruitment and the job economy.
Harold has run two different direct hire agencies, and a temporary staffing firm, over the past 28 years of his career in recruiting. He has recruited for many different industries, but currently specializes in financial software and accounting. Harold is a true believer in online recruitment, and is helping to shape its future.
Sharon Maffei handles all brands of Spherion including The Mergis Group, Technisource and Todays Office Professionals. In her role as Director of Sourcing, Maffei is directly responsible for managing the relationships with Spherion's job board partners. Key elements include training and educating the field on using the job boards effectively and promoting best practices across the company. Additionally, she delivers training on recruiting through social networks and other non-traditional sourcing tools.
As Director of Product Management, Maffei was an integral part of customizing Spherion's front-office applicant tracking system and online application process. She consistently seeks ways to improve Spherion systems to enhance the candidate experience.
Prior to joining Spherion, Maffei spent eleven years in the recruiting and staffing industry with Ajilon Finance. Maffei holds a BA from Muhlenberg College and a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

With Pfizer since April 2002, Michael is currently a Director with Pfizer's Talent Acquisition & Staffing group and oversees all domestic talent acquisition and staffing efforts for Corporate Finance, Procurement, Global Operations, Controllers, Worldwide Technology, Worldwide Strategy & Business Development, Worldwide Public Affairs & Policy, Worldwide Communications, Legal and Corporate Human Resources.
Prior to Pfizer, Michael held recruiting and marketing roles at Digitas, Morrison & Foerster and Dun & Bradstreet.
Michael holds an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University in Atlanta and a BS in Finance from the University of South Carolina in Columbia.

Anne started Anne H. Ross Executive Search in 1993 to specialize in recruiting communications disciplines such as Advertising, Promotions, and Integrated Marketing. She has over 24 years of experience in executive recruiting, and prior to that, had a career in Advertising and Marketing.
As an Account Executive, she managed numerous packaged goods accounts at Leo Burnett and DDB Chicago, and was very involved in recruiting new talent and training her reports. At DDB, she produced company-wide strategic development standards and trainee/AAE development guidelines.
Anne began her professional career in information and library management. She holds a BA, Sociology and Philosophy from Simmons College, Boston and a Masters in Information and Library Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana.
